Michael and Damian started high up on Chama Peak in the morning. The bulls were bugling right outside the truck before first light. They passed on several 5x5's and a small 6x6 early in the morning. A little later they came within 15 feet of a group of 4 bachelor bulls. Still later in the morning they were considering calling it quits when they heard a bunch of bugling. They went down to investigate and found 3 bulls herding a group of cows. They stayed behind the group and found this big bull raking a tree. A quick cow call from Damian turned the bull broadside and gave Michael a great 50 yard shot.
