Pete, Alan and Stan got out of the truck to bulls bugling above them. They started following the elk up hill and had many close encounters. As they got close to the top they took a break in a good spot. Several bulls were bugling above them but they knew that they couldn't get on them. The guys then heard some more elk coming up from below and got ready. This nice bull was bugling and raking trees. Alan was able to stop him with a cow call and Pete made a great 100 yard shot.
