Santa Fe Outfitters has joined forces with colleague David Collis of Hunter's Mexico to provide some incredible hunting adventures south of the border.
I'm really excited to share these hunts with you. In the first few years of Santa Fe Outfitters operation, I turned to David Collis, then outfitter on the Baca, to help in building our client base. Dave has continued to be a great friend and mentor throughout the years and I'm proud to know him. A couple of years ago, he invited me down to his operation in Mexico. We spent two and a half days hunting pheasant just across the border from Yuma, AZ. It was some of the best fun I've ever had. The hunting was fantastic, the dogs and bird boys were excellent and all the details were handled very professionally. I would recommend this hunt to anyone.

Safety Concerns:
I travel to Mexico a couple of times a year and find it easy and generally hassle free. The majority of Mexico is very safe and just like you wouldn't avoid traveling to Charleston, SC because you'd heard about gang trouble in Los Angeles, CA, you don't need to avoid the great hunting spots south of the border because of trouble in Juarez or Tiajuana.
